1. Step 1: An email arrives in the inbox from the person who sent the invitation.
2. Step 2: Click the green "ACCEPT THE INVITATION" button in the email to proceed with accessing the portal.
3. Step 3: After clicking "ACCEPT THE INVITATION," you will be redirected to the portal registration page. Enter a secure password, confirm it, and then click the "Register" button to proceed.
Ps: The password cannot be the same as you User Name.
Be a minimum of eight characters in length.
Password lenght must not exceed 250 characters.
Tip: Tip! After that, you will access your profile, where you can add additional personal information such as your phone number or social media accounts.
4. Step 4: In the Location settings, you can configure your Country, Time Zone, and Date and Time format.
5. Step 5: At the bottom of that page you can find a button to "SUBMIT A TICKET"
