1. Go to your email account and click in the "WRITE" new email button

2. The recipient should always be helpme@crmexpertsonline.com

3. Include a "SUBJECT" for the issue you are dealing with

4. In the body of the email, provide as much relevant information as possible. You may also attach a file if needed.

5. Congratulations you have submitted your 1st ticket!

6. After sending the email, you will receive a confirmation email from CRM Experts Online stating that a ticket has been created for your concern, along with the Ticket ID
